Nothing on this site is an offer or commitment to lend. Submitting our form is not a credit application. Approval, amounts, rates, and terms are decided by the lender and stated in the lender’s financing agreement.

Guides, examples, and calculators on this site are general information. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice. Figures may be out of date. Check current terms with the lender.

Any financing you obtain is a separate agreement between you and the lender. A dispute about a loan or other financing is governed by that agreement and the law it names, not by these terms.
