ExtraCredit Loans (“we,” “us”) operates www.extracredit.loans. We are a small business financing broker based in New Jersey.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our form: your name, business name, email address, phone number, monthly revenue range, time in business, and whether you agreed to be contacted by call or text.
Information collected automatically. The page you first landed on, the page where you submitted the form, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. We also use Google Analytics, which collects device and usage data through cookies.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or bank statements on this site. A lender may ask for those in its own application, under its own privacy policy.
How we use it

- To refer you to a lender
- To contact you about your request
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring visitors to us
- To meet legal obligations
Who we share it with
Lenders. When you submit our form, we share your information with Kapitus and other lending partners so they can evaluate financing options. After you submit, you are sent to a lender’s own application. What you enter there is governed by that lender’s privacy policy.
Service providers. Companies that run parts of this site for us, including our form processor and our analytics provider.
Legal requests. When the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Calls and texts
If you check the consent box on our form, we and our lending partners may call or text you about your request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any financing. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
Your choices
- Opt out of texts: reply STOP.
- Opt out of email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Analytics cookies: you can block cookies in your browser settings.
- Access or deletion: contact us using the details below. We will respond as the law in your state requires.
How long we keep it
We keep lead information for as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal and business recordkeeping needs.

We use reasonable safeguards. No website can promise perfect security.

This site is for business owners. It is not directed to anyone under 18.
